I have not added any web services to any project since I started using vs2008, I have a ton of them in vs2003. Anyway, when I tried to add a web service reference I get the following error:-
The web services enumeration components are not available. You need to reinstall Visual Studio to add web references to your application.
After a few minutes of research, I found a simple fix, execute the following from the vs command prompt.
devenv /resetskippkg
