ASP.NET 2.0 Red Screen

As famous as blue screen was, ASP.NET has its own version - called red screen. Yeah, today I got one of those that I thought was resolved from the move to 2.0 from 1.1. So much for 2.0 stability. I still haven't figured out what the problem is, I'll post an update if I find any - hopefully. What is App_Web_v0cexisj?

Could not load file or assembly 'App_Web_v0cexisj, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'App_Web_v0cexisj, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
