I disrupted Dell factory outlet web servers

While shopping for some monitors on the dell outlet site., I was redirected to a ridiculous message.

WARNING:

You're disruptively hitting our Dell Factory Outlet web servers too fast, please slow down your incoming HTTP requests to our web servers.

Thank you for your cooperation.

What? Are you kidding me? I'm currently thinking twice about buying any dell products (I don't own any currently). I'm trying to imagine the look on my face if I get a message stating: Warning you're disruptively clicking your laptop mouse button too fast, please slow down your mouse clicks to your laptop - for opening a couple of files.
