Ok, there are a boat load of applications launching everyday by the hour - cool, yeah more websites! However, what is common among them? Similarity and Re-invention! I've noticed that all of the new web applications are all similar one way or the other and they are all re-inventing the wheel someway.

To cut the rope of my neck, I'll have to say that there are a few out there that are unique but not completely just a twist to an existing application or a flip, therefore, I've embarked on a journey to build an application quite unique not completely but not swamped with copies - an application that everybody that I've spoken to said "it simply won't work".

During the development process, I'm going to be doing less re-inventions and more of using what exists for free, for example most of the applications that are being used today save data locally but in reality most of the data for each user is probably only a few megabytes combined. There are storage giants out there offering huge drive spaces for free such as amazon, esnips, streamload and more - why not use them? Yes, there is a downside, if they go down, they take you down with them. However, you can use them as secondary.
